Thai Smiles Spa Cancellation Policy

At Thai Smiles Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy:

  1. Appointment Changes & Cancellations

    • Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

    • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ to at least 1 hour notice will be subject to a cancellation fee of £25-£29 deposit depending on the service booked.

  1. No-Shows or Cancellations with less than 1 hour notice.

    • Clients who do not show up for their scheduled appointment without notice or try to cancel the appointment with less than 1 hour notice will be charged the full session fee.

  1. Late Arrivals

    • If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client, while the full session fee will still apply.

  1. Emergency Situations

    • We understand that unexpected events happen. In cases of emergencies or illness, please contact us as soon as possible to discuss options.
